Hormone Harmony is the roller made for women in perimenopause and menopause. How It Works

The blend does three jobs. The first is cooling: the menthol in peppermint activates the cold-sensing receptors in your skin, so it feels cool the moment it touches you. Roll it onto the back of your neck the moment you feel the heat rising, and the cooling arrives right then.

The second is steadying. Clary sage and sweet fennel are herbs herbalists have used for women through the change of life, and fennel is also infused into the Wild Yam balm, so the roller and the balm come from the same herbal family. Rose geranium and ylang ylang have a long history in women's blends for steadying the mood and quieting a racing mind, and frankincense has been used for centuries for the days you feel scattered.

The third is carrying it. Organic castor oil is high in ricinoleic acid, a thick oil that stays where you roll it instead of running, and it conditions your skin while the essential oils sit on top.

How to Use

Roll a thin line onto your wrists, the back of your neck or your collarbones whenever you reach for it. Patch test on your inner arm first.
