Magnesium Spray Oil

Same magnesium, different delivery.

The spray oil is magnesium chloride in water - it goes on fast, covers a larger area easily, and is ideal for legs, back, and anywhere you want broad coverage rather than a targeted application. It feels slightly tacky when it first goes on (that's normal with magnesium oil) and absorbs within a few minutes.

Some people find the spray more convenient for daily use, others prefer the balm for targeted areas. A lot of customers end up using both - spray for the bigger muscle groups, balm for specific spots.

If it feels itchy after application, that's usually a sign you're quite depleted - it tends to settle down after a week or two of consistent use as your levels come up.
