7-Magnesium Complex, 90 caps
About this formula
Most magnesium supplements give you one form. I use seven - and there's a reason for that.
Different forms absorb differently, distribute to different tissues, and suit different people depending on their digestion and what they're actually trying to support. A single-form supplement is a bit like having one tool for every job. It works, sort of, but you're leaving a lot on the table.
Magnesium is involved in hundreds of processes your body runs every single day - muscle contraction and relaxation, nerve signalling, ATP energy production, electrolyte balance. It's not a glamorous mineral but it's a foundational one, and most people don't get enough of it through diet alone.
The seven forms I included:
- Glycinate - gentle on the stomach, well absorbed
- Threonate - crosses the blood-brain barrier
- Taurate - heart and nervous system support
- Citrate - highly bioavailable, good for digestion
- Malate - popular for energy and muscle recovery
- Orotate - cellular energy production
- Oxide - slower releasing, rounds out the blend
This is one I take myself daily. 90 capsules per bottle.
