Some people just don't love swallowing capsules. And some of us want our magnesium to go exactly where we need it.

This balm delivers magnesium transdermally - through the skin - which means it bypasses the digestive system entirely. Whether that works better for you personally is something you'll figure out quickly. A lot of people find it's the only form that doesn't give them digestive trouble.

I formulate this myself with a smooth texture that actually absorbs - not that greasy, sits-on-top-of-your-skin situation you get with some magnesium oils. Soles of the feet before bed is a favourite. Tight calves, sore shoulders, restless legs - wherever feels right.

Available in multiple sizes and formulations including with tallow (our bestselling version) and tallow-free for those who prefer it.

Magnesium supports normal muscle and nerve function, energy metabolism, and electrolyte balance. For external use only.

Ingredients: Magnesium chloride, beeswax, coconut oil, shea butter, lavender essential oil (and tallow in the with-tallow version).
