Copper Drops
About this formula
Copper tends to get overlooked in conversations about minerals - everyone's focused on zinc, magnesium, iron. But copper is genuinely essential, and it works in close partnership with several of those others.
It's involved in iron metabolism (low copper = poor iron utilisation, regardless of how much iron you take), connective tissue formation, nerve function, and the production of several key enzymes. People following certain dietary patterns - particularly those high in zinc supplementation - can end up low in copper because the two compete for absorption.
These are liquid drops, which makes dosing flexible and absorption straightforward. A little goes a long way with copper - it's a trace mineral for a reason.
