True colloidal silver and ionic silver are not the same thing, and the difference matters.

Most products labelled 'colloidal silver' are actually ionic silver solutions - silver ions in water. True colloidal silver is silver particles suspended in water. The particles are more stable and behave differently in the body than ions, which react quickly with chloride in your system and convert before they can do much.

This is true colloidal silver - actual silver particles, properly made.

Colloidal silver has a long history of use as a topical and internal antimicrobial support. People use it for everything from skin concerns to sinus rinses to general immune support.
