About this formula

Nettles & Ease is a four-herb formula built around seasonal comfort and the body's natural response to environmental triggers. When your system is overreacting to things it really shouldn't — pollen, dust, the outdoors in general — this blend supports a calmer, more measured response without dulling everything down.

All four ingredients are organic or wildcrafted. Zero fillers, no cheap binders.

Ingredients

Nettles — One of the most researched plants for histamine response. Naturally rich in quercetin and other flavonoids, it works by inhibiting histamine release at the cell level rather than blocking receptors after the fact. A foundational herb for anyone dealing with seasonal reactivity.

Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) — An Ayurvedic cornerstone with a long history of immune modulation. Its active compounds help regulate the immune response that drives allergic reactions — calming overactivation without suppressing immunity overall.

PA-Free Butterbur — One of the most clinically studied herbs for seasonal allergy support. Petasin and isopetasin, its active compounds, inhibit leukotriene synthesis — the inflammatory pathway behind nasal congestion and itching. PA-free means the naturally occurring pyrrolizidine alkaloids have been removed, making it safe for regular use.

Spirulina — More than a superfood. Studies show it inhibits the release of inflammatory cytokines and reduces IgE-mediated allergic responses. Quietly doing a lot of heavy lifting in this formula.
