Colloidal Silver
Distilled Water
True Silver Colloids (~20ppm)
Most manufacturers of silver will prey on customers who aren't aware that true colloidal silver is very different to ionic silver. So they use misleading terms to make sales "Colloidal silver", "Bioactive Silver", etc. But the majority are actually ionic silver.
If you're not sure of the difference between colloidal and ionic, allow me to explain...
Ionic silver is typically colourless since it does not contain solid silver particles.
Ionic silver particles, Ag+, are charged (the + indicates a positive charge) which means they are looking to react. Typically they will bind to proteins and other cellular structures.
These ions are very small and can easily enter cellular barriers and may become trapped.
Here they may bind with other elements in your cells, such as selenium and mercury.
Store-bought “colloidal silver” is, more often than not, ionic silver.
NOT colloidal.
Silver ions, from homemade silver protein and sometimes from ionic silver if consumed in high enough quantities, can cause argyria (blueing of the skin).
This is an irreversible condition and is caused by silver ions settling inside the body's organs.
True Colloidal Silver particles, when present in sufficient concentration, absorb visible light, causing the colloid to exhibit an “apparent color.”
This is typically gold-ish, depending on the ppm (parts per million).
Colloidal silver nanoparticles are less likely to bind with other elements within your cells.
This makes colloidal silver easier on your body while remaining effective as a natural remedy.
In the case of colloidal silver (and colloidal gold), more ppm is not better. If colloidal silver is brown - it is too concentrated and can cause internal damage. You do not want to use anything that looks brown.
This product is a perfect, beautiful gold-colour that comes in an amber bottle (soon to be black-amber). It is expertly made, well protected and will keep for a very long time if it is not contaminated with foreign matter.
There are so many applications for colloidal silver!
You can use it internally and externally...and no amount will cause argyria because the nanoparticles are not charged ions and they're significantly larger.
Their size and the protective coating cause them to remain in the bloodstream longer and prevents them from easily penetrating cellular barriers.
Colloidal silver is used for a variety of applications due to its antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties. Here are some potential uses, both internal and external, that cover a broad range of applications.
