Unlike 99.9% of B-complexes out there, this contains all B vitamins from 1-17 and none of them are synthetic but all are bioavailable organic food sources.
Getting the full range of B vits is so important as they're crucial for proper functioning of the nervous system. Deficiencies can cause mood disorders, tingling or numbness in extremeties, fatigue, immune dysfunction and so on.
Organic Apricot Kernels – B 17
Contains Amygdalin (aka B17/ Laetrile) this makes hydrogen cyanide which converts to cyanide in the body and is a potent anti-cancer.
Organic Alfalfa - B1, B2, B6, B9
May help to control cholesterol levels.
Organic Holy Basil – B2, B3, B6
As Discussed previously (one of the first I posted!) this is an adaptogen and an incredible herb as it essentially supports and heightens the effects of other herbs.

Sunflower Lecithin: B8 (Inositol is commonly referred to as B8 but it does not technically qualify as a vitamin)
Lecithin is essential for your body and brain and sunflower lecithin is rich in choline and inositol. It enhances the absorption of B1 in the liver and Vitamin A in the intestines.
Organic Licorice Root: B1, B2, B3, B5
Supports the adrenal glands and helps to manage stress. Reduces inflammation and is a wonderful, sweet tasting herb that can be chewed directly to benefit the lungs, digestive tract and to balance cell generation.

Contains 4 B vitamins and is packed numerous nutrients that support immune function, digestion.
Coriander: B9
Supports liver function and bowel health. Has proven beneficial in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and arthritis. The high amount of iron present aids absorption of other B vitamins.
Organic Magnolia Bark:
Does not contain a significant source of B vitamins, but perfectly complements their intended actions.

Cayenne contains capsaicin which is a great pain reliever and has anti-cancer properties. Cayenne is also wonderful for healing stomach ulcers, speeding up metabolism, helping to regulate body temperature, cleansing the blood and helping to regulate blood pressure.

Burdock root is an excellent source of vitamin B6, as well as a plethora of minerals including manganese, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus. It is beneficial for purifying the blood, it is a powerful antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory properties. It may also help to regulate cell overgrowth.

Nutritional Yeast B1, B2, B6, B7, B9, B12
Nutritional Yeast is a powerhouse of nutrients. It may help with proper functioning of the nervous system, red blood cell formation, metabolising carbohydrates, fats and proteins.
Seabuckthorn B12
When in combination with iron, seabuckthorn is a significant source of B12.* It also contains a significant amount of vitamin E which is beneficial for hair, skin and nails.
*Please note that, while Sea Buckthorn does contain sufficient vitamin B12 when consumed in adequate doses, it has yet to be proven that non-animal sources of B12 are sufficiently bio-available.
